RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In the unlikely event that your pieces arrive broken, please let me know as soon as possible via email with pictures of the damage to eloise@eloiserosedesignstudio.com and we can arrange another to be posted to you asap. Unfortunately these things do sometimes happen.
Returns are accepted on a case by case basis so please consider carefully before purchasing an item. Returns are not accepted on pre-orders, seconds or made-to-order items. Any returned items are your responsibility until they reach me and I am unable to cover shipping costs for items returned.
SHIPPING POLICY
All items are sent via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked within 4 working days of placing your order.
Please know that after a shop update or in the run up to Christmas, dispatch may take up to a week. If your item is urgent or for a special occasion, do get in touch and I will do my very best to speed the process along.
