About
This Tate exclusive collection is the most prestigious body of work I've created to date.
Commissioned by Tate Britain and inspired by Turner and Constable.
water & light
For this collection I was particularly move by how water and light converse with each other - how clouds turn pink, water turns yellow and how the reflections shift.
From a distance each piece looks like a polished rock, its only when you look closer you see ships, fire and water.
creation
This collection allowed me to explore painterly techniques and texture in a new way whilst staying deeply connected to the artists who inspired it.
